Where to purchase flash logic board for Powershot A590IS?

The flash no longer works. I tried setting back to factory default. Reading manual and online information to fix this problem. I was told by a technician who repairs the Canon PowerShot A590IS that it needs to have the flash circuit board replaced. I can repair this myself but cannot find where to purchase one. I have looked at canon, amazon, ebay, etc. with no luck. Where can this flash logic board be purchased.
