This is actually a very easy fix! Here is a video you can follow to remove the lines. The one horizontal line cannot be removed, but the vertical ones on the left are easy. You will need a soldering iron and make sure not to keep it under the screen for too long otherwise it will burn. More lines will appear as you work on it, but they will eventually all disappear.
