Hello! This same thing happened to me when I attempted to fix my Switch Lite. The lock fell off and made my console’s backlight and buttons not work. Here is a helpful video I found that made this fix super easy: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=-OUTtm-B75A&feature=youtu.be
Meer informatieHi! This could be the screen ribbon cable or the display itself. I would try unplugging the screen ribbon cable and then plugging it back in. If this doesn’t work, try replacing the screen. Good luck! Nintendo Game Boy Advance SP Screen Replacement

Meer informatieHi! This might caused by the screen ribbon cable. Try unplugging it and plugging it back in. If this doesn’t work, check if there are any tears in the cable. Good luck!
Meer informatieHi! I had this same issue with my Switch. I tested all of those chips and they seemed to work fine, but it still wouldn’t power on. When I tested some of the capacitors on the back of the motherboard, I realized that the CPU on the Switch was shorted. If the CPU is shorted, there is no way to fix it other than replacing the motherboard.
Meer informatieThis is actually a very easy fix! Here is a video you can follow to remove the lines. The one horizontal line cannot be removed, but the vertical ones on the left are easy. You will need a soldering iron and make sure not to keep it under the screen for too long otherwise it will burn. More lines will appear as you work on it, but they will eventually all disappear. Good luck! https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=-OEXhxoTIvY
Meer informatieHello! This may be caused by a dirty button on the motherboard. On the SP, the button switches get dirty and the rubber piece on the button won’t make contact. I would take 90% or higher isopropyl alcohol and clean the switch on the motherboard and see if it works. Good luck!
Meer informatieHello! I had this same issue with a Game Boy Pocket. This is most likely caused by a dirty power switch. Try removing the battery and 5 (maybe 6?) screws on the back of the console and lift it off. Then, drop 90% or higher isopropyl alcohol on the power switch. Move the switch up and down and make sure the isopropyl alcohol gets inside. Wait about 2 minutes for it to evaporate, and put the console back together. Good luck!
Meer informatieHello! This might be caused by a dirty charge port on the DS. I would take a Q-tip and 90% or higher isopropyl alcohol and clean the port. If this doesn’t work, the charger may be faulty.
Meer informatieHello! I had this same problem when doing a shell swap on my DS Lite and also repairing an original DS. This happens when the screen ribbon cable is ripped or the screen is broken. I would check both screens and ribbon cables and make sure they are both plugged in all the way. I was able to fix this problem with my DS by taking out the top screen ribbon and plugging it back in. Good luck with your repair!
