If there is no damage causing it, I would recommend a good waterproofing spray. They're available online or in stores. Even Walmart has some. Just test it on a small unnoticeable area to make sure it doesn't discolor it or anything. Really the only thing I can think of for you to do, since it appears the rain repellant feature has worn off.
