+	I am sure you have already checked if it is off of silent mode by doing this:

+	First you need to find "Profiles" after that
+
+	Press the Navigation key.
+
+	Select Settings.
+
+	Select Profiles.
+
+	Select Silent.
+
+	Select Turn on to turn on silent mode.
+
+	Select General.
+
+	Select Turn on to turn off silent mode.
+
+	Press Disconnect to return to the home screen.
