Hard one. You have to rip out all the guts of the computer to gain access. That means everything down to the logic board. Then you'll have to lever the EMI shield of the front panel using a small screwdriver so you can unscrew the panel. I wonder if it's really worth it, the sound of that speaker is rather flimsy anyway.
