I can suspect one thing in here the WiFi. because other appliances like the modem or even the microwave, YES THE MICROWAVE.or the surrounding Neighours Wifi.

have a band. ex. if your printer is spitting out 2.5 Ghz band WiFi while neighbours have a 2.5 Ghz  band i causes of what its called.internet traffic.the network band in this senario is overloaded in the 2.5 ghz so take it easy and connect to a 5 ghz wifi (so as your printer) to solve the chaos
