Anyhow, post some good images of your motherboard with your question. In particular look at the metal frame. Right close to where you see something like U.S patent. There should be an "M" number and that seems to be your board. This is still a new device and like you found out Microsoft is of no help nor will be anyone else. Could be tough to find a replacement.
