@canderson68 make sure that you do have enough oil in your engine and change your oilfilter as well as your oil. It is possible that you have a bad pressure switch but start with the easy things first.

The clicking sound could come from your lifters and the light comes on because your pump cannot pump any more oil because there might not be enough or a clogged filter that does not let it pass back into the pan quickly
