Ron Creech , Try a head light polishing kit, most come with 3 or 4 grades of fine paper and polishing compound and a buffing pad to go on a drill. These kits can do wonders on clear plastic headlights imperfections and may work well for you. Warning to keep from melting plastic/burn, use slower buffing speed, keep moving and have a spritzer bottle handy to re-dampen buffing wheel when getting dry. Good luck.
