My Xbox light turns on for a split second then turns off any one have a solution for this? We have checked the cord which then it worked for a second then stoped working nothing is nocked off the bored but can’t find the problem

This happened to me and I found this post that worked for me. “If you have anything like an external hard drive unplug the usb from the xbox one x. Make sure to follow Microsoft's other steps then press power button it should turn on the. After power is on plug external hard drive in immediately while the system is booting up. Fixed my issue and I haven't had a problem since doing this everytime.”

My xbox just shut off..tried the reset, nothing.
My external comes on and the box is getting power. Refuses to come on.
