The scanner does not capture the correct image.

If the scanner's glass is cracked, chipped or shattered, it can be easily replaced here.

The printer makes a buzzing sound when it is on.

The printer does not seem to have power and pressing the buttons does not do anything.

This can be easily solved by plugging in the power cord to the wall and ensuring that the power cord is also plugged into the printer.

To turn the printer on press and hold the power button on the front of the printer. You should only have to press the power button for a couple of seconds and it should turn on.

The printer does not print the ink as it should.

This can be solved by opening up the printer and finding where the printer ink cartridge goes.

Like the one above, this can be solved by finding the printer ink cartridge goes and replacing the old cartridge with the new cartridge.
