This is a faulty battery problem. Even though you replaced the battery 3 times, you have probably ordered a bad batch of batteries from eBay. Order higher quality battery. I had the same problem.

Just remove the screw that is in the too right and leave it out. The original screw is made of aluminum and therefore has no magnetism. If you do t have the original aluminum screw, just take it out.

You probably have the wrong version digitizer. Check the cable of the original glass and look at the revision.

I have come across this problem several times and I have found the reason why. It usually happens when you disconnect the screen or the battery without shutting the phone down properly. Once the screen flickers, just turn the brightness down until the flickering stops. After some time passes, slowly increase brightness so that the flickering is not noticeable, after some time you can increase the brightness to full and the screen will be fine. I tested this out on several screens and it does occur when disconnecting the lcd or battery while powered on.

I have a repair shop where I fix the iPhones and galaxy phones as well. I also do micro soldering as well. I have a machine that helps me seperate the glass and lcd on my broken screens. The hardest part is not getting loca glue to run in between the layers of the lcd. I have a mould that I place the iPhone 4/4s lcd in, then I place a small amount of loca adhesive in the center of the lcd, then gently lay the glass on it slowly so no bubbles form. If bubbles form I lift it up and pop them with tweezers or a toothpick, then try again. Once succesful I put under a uv lamp for about 15 min. I have a real problem with that glue slipping into the lcd. I am going to try and tape the edges of the lcd with kapton tape so any loca spillage falls away from the lcd and not in it. Then when it dries I just pull them off.
