After complete tear down of my Motorola droid RAZR M xt907, I used a heat gun to help loosen the glue on the back side of the camera glass. I then started pushing the glass from the inside outward with a pry tool. After peeling the remainder of the glass off and the glue tape I put the new glue tape on the phone and then the glass over the glue tape. The only thing you need to be careful with when using the heat gun is below the glass where the plastic coated cover where the phone serial numbers are.
