My cube is on and running but the water is not circulating through the pad. I put my ear directly on top of the pad and its tiny tubes and still I hear nothing. More obviously the temperature doesn’t change. The connection from the cube to the pad is not impeded. Wouldn’t a cube make any sort of noise if the water wasn’t circulating through pad? The cube is working as normal apparently but still water is not circulating through the pad. I didn’t use my cube/pad for several months and just kinda left it. I’m in the process of deep cleaning both the cube and pad. I’m hoping that will increase circulation. Any other ideas of things to try? Also my remote and cube are not in sync. Remote is not controlling the cube but does respond to me pressing buttons. Nothing happens though. Please help. Thank you.
