My refrigerator does not work right unless it's at -7. I also noticed it gets jammed when my house is too hot inside, 78 degrees and my family is still cold. When it gets really warm in the kitchen, cooking and cold adults at 78 degrees, the ice starts to melt them refreezes and jams up the ice makers. I use a hairdryer until it dumps and then melt everything off. I have to do this a few times per winter. If you sit on the floor and shine the flashlight at the craft ice maker you can see its stuck. It will also start banging when it's stuck trying to drop the ice
