Just want to add that I found a replacement pump (and a site that has some other goodies) for the ChiliPad. I had to run external power to it but it seems to be working fine and fits without issue. Here is a link to the pump. It took a lot of effort to get the output hose connected, even after grinding off the ridges. It is noticeably louder than the original. The power from the unit will not run it. I had a spare 12v 1500ma power brick that did the job.

I also replaced the 2+1 fans. The smaller fan that cools the heat sink was this one. It is a little louder but works nicely and fits precisely. The two bigger ones that cool on either side, I used these. Perfect fit. They have three wires. I connected the two that have numbers on them and it worked fine. I have taken the 8 screws out I am guessing 12 times all in all to get things working after trial and error a a couple of fans and a couple of pumps. It seems to be working after all of that finally.
