Hello, I am Derek Segers, a junior at the University of California, Davis. I am a chemical engineering major working toward a Bachelor's degree who has a passion for materials science, renewable energy, and creating a better future!

I have 8 years of customer service, and have worked with many industry grade machinery, including but not limited to UTS machines, H and C NMRs, GCMS, and many more! My proudest repair experience is replacing the hinge on my old laptop which was breaking the casing, though it started breaking after just a month, it felt good to know the inner workings of something I use everyday.
