Have you checked the fuses? If the fuses all check out then I would look at the Blower Motor Resistor as it is a common issue in this generation of Kia. You can try cleaning the contacts and making sure it is plugged in all the way, but typically they need replaced. It is located on the passenger side behind/under the glovebox. The OEM Part Number for this resistor is 0K08A-61R20S but since the Rio, Rio5, Sportage, Rondo, Spectra, and Spectra5 all use this part it is very easy to find an aftermarket one from an online retailer. The resistor should have two screws and then just unplug, then you swap in the new one and screw it back in. I have included a picture from a 2009 Kia Rondo (that I found on Google, not my image) that shows the location of the resistor, yours should be in a similar location. https://www.kia-forums.com/attachments/blower1-png.128820/ Please do note that I cannot promise that this is the fix to your issue without more information, but based on past experience and what information was...

Meer informatieIf there is any chance it is under warranty then it might be worth contacting Makita directly and working with them to have it repaired (completely free if under warranty, or they can give you an estimate), here is the link: https://www.makitatools.com/service/dire... Also looks like it could be an issue with the anvil assembly, here is a site that had a good diagram of the internals with labels: https://www.repairtoolparts.com/makita-parts/makita-xwt15z-parts-list Please note that I have never made purchases with either site, nor am I affiliated with either company, so please use your own judgement when working with either.

Meer informatieTry the following as they seem to be the most likely cause: (1) Remove the battery and let it sit for ~10 minutes, reinsert the battery and see if it resolves the issue. (2) Replace the battery, it seems the most common fix is ordering a new battery, here is the link to buy a replacement battery from Texas Instruments (far cheaper than Amazon) https://epsstore.ti.com/OA_HTML/ibeCCtpI...-EaYib9iIvZfe1294YB5k9!-709309942?section=11614&item=842549&site...

Meer informatieHere's some things to try: (1) Make sure the contacts on your board for the battery are not corroded, bent, etc. (2) Try re-seating the original battery, you may not have put it in properly (3) Use a multimeter on the battery, make sure it has ~3.7 volts (4) Use a multimeter on the R1 fuse to make sure it isn't blown, it won't be visibly detectable If the battery has the wrong voltage, that could be the issue. If the R1 fuse is blown it will need replaced, or bypassed with a wire, small piece of tin foil, etc.
Meer informatieHere is a list of things that might be the cause, I would check them in this order: 1. Hold the reset button (I believe it should be under the volume knob on most newer models for Kia/Hyundai) for 10~ seconds to reset the screen. 2. Check out the below image for the fuse box diagram. I would check the Multi Media fuse (15A) and make sure it hasn't blown. Apparently in some cases just taking the fuse out for 15~ seconds and putting it back in has fixed the issue in some cases. 3. If it isn't the fuse try disconnecting the battery for about 15-20 minutes, but if the fuse didn't work this probably won't either. If none of this works then you could be dealing with a blown screen or a bad ground. Hope this helps!
