Probably you should check : 1- if the printing settings are correct ( go to control panel then devices and printers -> choose your printer device -> advance setting -> change it as you want. 2- check the printer it self ( colors container available or not).

Did you updated the bios yet?? If you didn't, check the laptop provider web site for an update. Try it, good luck
