I've worked on appliances for over 25 years. One thing you left out is that you could have put in a Frigidaire brand ignitor (part number 5303935066) and gotten the same results. A square ignitor is a square ignitor no matter the brand. The Frigidaire ignitor can be found online for $20 or less.
