Hi this problem might be the lens You say its spinning so im sure the disc works, but "no disc" will tell you that the disc might get corrupted(maybe) or dirty lens / scratched lens. Please do not attempt to cleaning if u cant teardown and cleaning the lens. (aslo the phone's keyboard is terrible so i might get some typos)

Hi. so you tried to replace the disck drive and it wont detect and allow the disk right? So first, i need you to check this:(if u skipeed or missed something) Xbox One X Vervanging van de cd-lezer and if u did it correctly then check if your board or the disc drive had any problem. I think that the disc drive does not recive power from what you say. try to ask the seller if it had any broplem before you buy it or try to clean the lens (dont try of u cant or it might get scratched). Reply if you need anything (aslo check if there is a disc drive on the ifixit shop).

hey Arun Kumar, you should check the motherboard for something arround the battery area, it maybe the connector or something , well i have seen a problem like this before (not on mac btw) on a yt channel by some technican , he tried to fix some “throwed-away” laptop and one of them is same as your problem , this was cause by some small part inside the motherboard that was broken . if this didnt help you out then u can search some yt video
