Alright so the replacement phone came today bearing in mind this is the first time I’ve ever attempted to repair a phone here’s what happened. I opened up my phone and like an amateur I didn’t keep track of the screws luckily I found out this was vital before opening the other phone. After taking both logic board out I swapped them around and biting my nails tested the phone success it worked. unfortunately as you two both mentioned Touch ID won’t work and you are both correct. I’ve been testing the phone for the last hour everything is working (aside from Touch ID) and the most disappointing thing out of all of it is the battery in the phone doesn’t hold a charge. If I’m being honest it was stressful enough doing the logic board swap I don’t feel like fighting with the battery adhesive now haha Thanks for the help both of you :)
