Been on hold now with Frigidaire for 28 minutes. (“your call will be answered shortly”…ya, right) Same issue, error code EC after it runs for a while. This unit is connected to a hose, so it never fills the container with water. When I bought it at Menards, they said it was warranted for 5 years. I guess we will see…eventually…if anyone ever answers the phone. I guess they figure you will eventually give up and hang-up, so they won’t have to repair/replace it. Dave O.
