If your sim card not dedect in your phone. At first check your phone is whether 2g, 3g,4g similarly you check your sim. you cannot use 4g sim in 3g phone. You insert the sim in your phone and restart your phone. If your problem is not solved you go to store and change your sim card.

If our laptop is not charging. There are mainly two reasons for it 1) check the life period of battery because the battery has also some life cycle 2) Check the wire or use different person which have same company charger. we have used our charger at different sockets also. if yet your problem has not solved consult to a good technician.
