To Resolving this Issue- (1) Connect your BB10 Device to Laptop/Computer. (2) Open Blackberry Link (Software preinstalled) & Login to your Blackberry Account. (3) Click on ‘Reload’ button. # This will reload your BB10 Device OS by downloading & installing update for OS. (1) You can disconnect only after prompted to disconnect the device. (2) That's all.
