Literally tore down the whole thing. All I have left now is the screen on the gray frame, still displaying the same image… I’m gonna wait for the capacitors to discharge and see if it works when I plug it back in.

Im stuck with a frozen screen of a tree on a hill and a boy reading under the tree. I opened my kindle to disconnect the battery, but the picture is still there!, How do I hard reset the device? Battery currently has 4V.
