There is a plethora of instances that could go wrong with a windows operating system to cause a blue screen of death. Attempting to re-install the operating system will give you 1 of 2 answers here: 1) The operating system installed correctly and it was just a problem with corruption 2) The operating system did not install correctly or the issue still persists which signify that it is a hardware related issue. IF it is option 2 then some common things you should look at are: Replacement hard drive - It would probably be more beneficial to you to get a solid state drive if you have to replace your hard drive then reload the operating system. Hello, IT PRO here... While looking at your specifications here I noticed you are still rocking a HHD, this is one thing that can be upgraded. Upgrading to the solid state drive brings a verity of benefits to your desktop! I also see you have 4GB's of ram in your desktop. The standard of 4GB's of ram has long sense passed into the void of time of yester year. Your system ram can increase up to a total of 32GB's. System slowness is caused by a plethora of reasons, Fragmented HDD, Viruses, Partially failing hard drive, Operating system corruption just to name a few. Your issue would most likely be overall improved with an upgraded storage system to the new Solid State drive, of course this would require you to install a new fresh copy of windows 10! From that point it would be my advice to use your 1TB HDD as a secondary hard drive!

The most reliable place though would be though the same company that manufactured your laptop. However, not all manufacturers will sell their parts. Its important to remember while searching for your screen to make sure that you double check your model number before ordering! I cant tell you how many people have come to me with the incorrect screen for the laptop they have. Majority of the time you can find some really nice deals on amazon or even Newegg.

Hello, IT PRO here..... Now to get this straight here you did test the HDMI port... fan and everything comes on.. It sounds like the LCD itself is dysfunctional. Which is the screen on the actual lid of the laptop. The HDMI cable you plugged into the laptop ties into graphics card which bypasses the screen itself all together. It seems like you will be in need of a replacement LCD. Let us know if the battery unplugging worked otherwise you will have to replace the screen.

Hey, IT PRO here.... There is nothing wrong with an external graphics unit, it does have a slightly less then average performance on mac computers then it does on traditional PC's. You will have to buy an extra component which can cost anywhere from 150-200 dollars to hook your graphics card onto and attach it to your mac. PROS: Your Mac can game now. CONS: You can face some driver struggles depending on the brand of card you get. Buying your first graphics card will be more expensive then it would be on a traditional PC because you will have to buy the additional device to attach your new graphics card to. So when buying go ahead and add an additional 200 dollars to your initial price of your card you are going to buy. Native games on Mac computer's are slim and scarce and have a clear lack of a wide verity of games. Why? Because majority of the games are programed to have both a left and right click feature, something that is clearly not functional in the Mac OSX more so if you have a mac branded mouse....
