Go into the Bios. This can be accessed by pressing the F2 key. I would repeatedly press it after powering up the laptop. Once you have reached the bios, change the bios mode. Then try booting again by restarting. If the reset has failed, you can reinstall windows from a USB. But you may need to backup your files which in turn can be a hassle. If you do have to do this (hope not), then connect it to another desktop computer, and give full permissions for individual folders and backup your files.
