You should also see if the software is up to date because it is the software that decides if your tablet is going to charge. Hi Donnelle, This has happened to me before. Try closing all the apps, turning the wifi off in the settings and turning it back on again. If the problem persists check if your other devices are not having a similar issue because if they are then the problem is with the internet and not the tablet. Hope this helps.
