Can anybody please point out/tell me where the EMI Filters are?

My G2 screen started to jitter after more than 2 years of usage, and an LG technician told me it's the EMI Filters' fault. He also said that the only way to fix the problem is to change the mobo where the EMI Filters are :-(

I am wondering if there is any workaround to fix it without having to change the mobo, which costs as much as a brand new Redmi 2 here :-D
