I called Virgin Mobile 888-322-1122 and they said it was a google problem and gave me a number to call that did not work right. The message appears every three seconds on my phone and I cannot do anything. Been happening for over a day now. I have managed to disable tons of things but to no avail. Update (10/02/2015): ok, I got it fixed, I have an LG Optimus -- I went to settings, Apps, scrolled to the right to All heading, scrolled down to find Google Search and did "clear data". Turned off phone and turned it back on.
