  • Unplug the antenna cable with tweezers.

  • The solder joints of some antenna cables might be weak so be careful not to break it out of the motherboard.

  • Use an opening pick to pry out the motherboard until you can get a good grip.

  • The front camera is still attached to the motherboard. Don't damage it during the motherboard removal.

  • Remove the motherboard.

  • On the back of the motherboard there are thermal pads (pink rubber-like gobs) for heat dissipation. If these thermal pads broke or are too dried out you might need to apply new thermal pads on the new display assembly or the motherboard.

Stacca il cavo di antenna con delle pinzette.

I punti di saldatura di alcuni cavi di antenna potrebbero essere fragili, quindi stai attento a non romperli mentre tiri via il cavo dalla scheda madre.

Usa un plettro di apertura per sollevare la scheda madre fino ad avere una buona presa con le dita.

La fotocamera principale è ancora collegata alla scheda madre. Stai attento a non danneggiarla quando rimuovi la scheda stessa.

Togli la scheda madre.

Sul retro della scheda madre ci sono dei pad termici (delle masse rosa gommose) per la dissipazione del calore. Se questi pad termici si rompono, sono rinsecchiti o aderiscono al vecchio gruppo display, puoi applicare dei nuovi pad termici al nuovo gruppo display o alla scheda madre.
