iFixit Digital Multimeter Batteries Replacement

Inleiding

This guide shows how to remove and replace the batteries in your iFixit multimeter.

The multimeter uses two AAA batteries. Replace both batteries together to prevent the multimeter from draining them unevenly.

    • Turn off your multimeter.

    • Disconnect the probes from your multimeter.

    • Flip the multimeter over so that the kickstand side is facing up.

    • Swing the kickstand up all the way.

    • Use a Phillips screwdriver to loosen the single screw securing the battery cover.

    • This screw is captive and won't fall out.

    • Swing the bottom edge of the battery cover out from the multimeter.

    • Lift and remove the battery cover.
