Iron not recognized and battery error.

Any time I unpack the FixHub and plug my iron in, it does not recognize the iron is plugged in, and I have to unplug it and restart it. After unplugging it and restarting it, everything is usually fine. Occasionally I will have to unplug the iron a couple times, but it ultimately works eventually.

I have two of the irons with two different cables, and my initial thought was the issue was the iron or cable but the behavior is the same with both of them.

I've tried making sure the iron is plugged in before turning the hub on, also waiting until the hub is on to plug in the iron (on the hub end). I have also tried having just the hub end plugged in, then connecting the iron end after the hub has been powered on and it always does the same thing.

Its been happening since I got the Fixhub in April of 26, and assumed it was a software glitch that would most likely get patched but there have been no updates after I updated it right after purchase.

The other issue is when I am charging the hub, it will occasionally throw a battery error, typically when it's about 100%, and it still charges fully. Not functionality breaking but since I am reporting the other issue, figured I would include it.

Not sure what to try for the iron issue, it's rather annoying to do the same unplug replug song and dance every time.
