Since I bought this phone, I have not been able to access the sd card for expanded memory. I went with only 32gb of internal memory because it was supposed to be able to utilize a 512gb sd card. I can't seem to find the reader module anywhere...I can't even find the part number for the dual sim sd card module! Any help would be appreciated.

Just verifying that the SD card doesn't show in Settings → Battery and Device Care → Storage then swipe to the left to see the card.
Was the card formatted before inserting it into the phone?
If not and if the card is shown in the above setting, tap the menu icon (3 vertical dots) and tap Format.
