Finger lock not working properly

@arifhussai37353 you re not giving us a lot of information. It will help if you tell us exactly what your phone is doing/telling you. It will also help if you tell us what you have already checked and tried.

Start by checking the simple things first. Remove your screen protector (if you are using one) and see if that help. Next restart your phone to clear any software issues and make sure your phone is updated to the latest version of OxygenOS.

If that does not do anything you want to clear the existing data by deleting your existing fingerprints in the settings and re-registering them. Next, clear the system cache in recovery mode or clearing the data for the "com.oneplus.fingerprint" system process. Last thing would be a factory reset to rule out software conflicts. Before considering that, you want to make sure that you have backed up all of your data. It will be erased. You will also need the original user ID and password that you used when you setup your phone. Anything after that points to a failed or misaligned fingerprint sensor and may require either replacing it or try to recalibrate it.
