@shahab36672 sorry, you can't. The RAM is actually not in usual replaceable modules, but they are IC's that are soldered directly to the motherboard. The same for the storage. The eMMC memory is soldered on the motherboard. The only upgrade you can do is to get a high capacity microSD card
