Why is my LED lights not working
When it is in sleep mode the leds work automatically but when it is on it does not work whatsoever

Boot into BIOS setup.
1. If LEDs work in BIOS, hardware is fine Windows/software is the issue.
2. If LEDs still don’t work there, the LED controller isn’t getting power when active → firmware/power routing issue.
