iFixit seems to have everything you need to fix your phone. Yours is like many Android phones in that the recommended way to replace the screen is to replace the screen and midframe together as a single assembly. Basically that means you have to take everything out from the inside of the phone and transfer it all to the new midframe. This is the method shown in the official iFixit screen replacement guide.

As it turns out, iFixit also sells the screen you need as well!

If you haven't done a screen replacement before, I'd suggest the Fix Kit version; for an extra $5 USD you get all the tools and adhesives you need to do the job.
