How to change thermal paste

If anyone have a tutorial how to change thermal paste for this computer i really appreciate it. To change me i went to a store they said they charge 90$ to change and clean thermal paste

Here's the hardware maintenance manual for the laptop.

Go to p.65 (p.71 of 102 pdf) of the manual to view the procedure to remove the heat sink.

Doing this will allow you to refresh the thermal paste on the CPU.
