Phone restarts after every three minutes and battery says undetected

My phone every 3 minutes keeps restarting and then will restart even when on a call. The bottom of my screen keeps freezing and won't let me use my torch or camera button when on Lock Screen. My battery is coming up as not recognised, however when I connect my phone to a charger it says 0% charged. Is there any advice on what I can do as this is now the 2nd time it's happened. Thanks
