My roller brush motor is no longer working well. Keep getting the error that the brush is stuck. I have another unit that broke for a different reason and would like to swap the main brush motor, but would like instructions on how to remove and replace the motor on this model.

All of the videos on YouTube help you get apart the rest of the machine, except none tells you how to take the top of the shark matrix off. we found it easier to peel back the sticker top to get to the clips easier that you have to release to take the top off, see pictures.

I had this problem as well. You will need to do a near complete teardown of the robot to get to the motor/gear assembly. Its pretty straight forward of you have the tools necessary. The only hidden aspect is the lock ring on the top. You need to remove the “Matrix” circular emblem off the top and then you get to that lock ring.
