When I run a certain application the app keeps lagging and it freezes

@ranseldulagan if this only happens with a specific App, it is not a hardware issue but a compatibility issue between your phone and that App. I would suggest you either install an updated version of that App or contact the creator of this particular app and inform them of this issue. No repair will fix compatibility issues.
