I dropped my S23 picked it up and the screen was black with a green I guess like an LED line or streak going from top to bottom. After pushing this and tapping that it just stayed black now. The only response I get from the phone is when I plug in to charge it it will still vibrate but nothing else. Any help would be much appreciated.

Chances are that the screen will have to be replaced.
If you decide to replace the display ensure that you get the correct display for your particular model. Just saying this because you selected the S23 FE as the device but stated only S23 in your question.
There are 4 different S23 variants i.e. S23 (SM-S911B), S23 FE (SM-S711B), S23 Ultra (SM-S918B) and S23+ (SM-S916B) and they all use different displays (the displays all have different part numbers so presumably they're not the same as each other.
