@adolphussbeah always start buy checking your AC adapter. Make sure that it has the proper output voltage and that the connectors are both in good working condition. If it is, then I would suggest you precede by testing the voltage on your DM board. Follow the flowchart and test the points to make sure you have the voltages.

Hi @adolphussbeah
Have you checked that there's 12V DC on the output plug of the power adapter used to power the piano or tried using another known working compatible 12V power adapter to see if the piano works?
