@goutambhovi1717 you are not giving us a lot of information here. It would be nice to know what you mean it does not work. It would be important to know if you mean your phone is not charging or if there are physical issues with the charging port. At this time I would suggest that you replace the charging board (daughter board) that will eliminate issues with the charging port and any charging issues coming from the board.
Since iFixit does not yet have specific guides for this, use something like this video to work on it. Replacement parts are readily available at many online stores.
Check your flex cable to make sure that it is in good working order. Also, replace the battery. a dead battery can't charge. Anything after this, is most likely related to the main circuit board. for that you will need some special tools, skills, schematic and component layout to resolve that. Let us know how things are working out for you.
