The AIO supports a maximum of 8GB PC3-10600 1333MHz DDR3 SoDIMM ram in 2 slots i.e. 2 x 4GB.

Here's the hardware maintenance manual for the AIO.

Go to p.113 of the manual, to view the procedure to remove/replace the memory modules.
