MacBook doesnt turn on but touchpad can click in cycle of 20+ seconds
Hello yall, I was working as usual on my macbook then freezed and then doesnt able to turn on since there (2 weeks)
I had to replace battery on my own on it 3 times in last 5 years because they were swollen, so I am kinda familiar with it. I tried to disassemble the MacBook completely, inspect the board for damage - did not find anything, liquids have definitely never gotten on the computer, I tried to disconnect the battery and turn it on without it - does not turn on. Tried to clean all possible contacts with 90% alcohol - also no effect. Tried to do different data resets found on this forum - also no result. But what I noticed after reading the forum is that regardless of whether the battery is connected or not, with power through the Type-C I can click on the touchpad, and for about 20 seconds I can click, then for 5-8 seconds I can not, then again I can and so on constantly in cycle if I have power in type-c. Also I tried to change different orig chargers, no result. There are no other signs of life, the coolers do not spin, nothing lights up. My budget is limited and I would not like to take the computer to a service center just for where they will simply tell me to change the entire board without inspection, so what do you think this behavior of the touchpad could indicate? It turns out that there is power on the board? could this behaviour indicate something, that it is possible to replace not the entire board, but some individual element? Thanks!
Is dit een goede vraag?
