Here's a parts diagram for the unit that may help.
There's no mention of any Styrofoam packing in the parts list.
If you do find what's missing (or faulty - noisy fan perhaps) when looking at the parts diagram, scroll down the list and click on the part to open a new page and it will have the manufacturer's part number listed for the part as well. Search online using the manufacturer's part number only to find suppliers that suit you best.
